Who gains capacity?
Who loses control?
Who becomes more visible or measurable?
Who absorbs new work?
Who is expected to trust the system?
Who verifies the output?
Who is accountable when the system is wrong?
What happens to the time saved?
Does this increase dignity or surveillance?
Does this reduce friction or reduce agency?
Are we improving the work or simply extracting more from the worker?
